Return Policy

Accessories and consumables. LattticeGear warrants that all accessories and consumables will be free from defects in material and workmanship. Defective products must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery or the date of invoice, whichever occurs first for a full refund. LatticeAx Product Warranty. Seller warrants to the original Buyer from Seller of Equipment manufactured by Seller that the Equipment will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period (“Warranty Period”) of ninety (90) days from the date of delivery or the date of invoice, whichever occurs first. Any Equipment repaired or replaced under this warranty is warranted only for the unexpired part of the original Warranty Period applicable to that Equipment. No product is to be returned to LatticeGear, LLC. without first obtaining a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Please contact LatticeGear at service@latticegear.com or phone at 1-800-430-8210 or 503-828-0040 to receive your Return Authorization Number (RA#). Returns must be received within 30 days of purchase for full refund

Any Equipment repaired or replaced under this warranty is warranted only for the unexpired part of the original Warranty Period applicable to that Equipment.

No product is to be returned to LatticeGear, LLC. without first obtaining a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Please contact LatticeGear at service@latticegear.com or phone at 1-800-430-8210 or 503-828-0040 to receive your Return Authorization Number (RA#). Returns must be received within 30 days of purchase for full refund

Additional Conditions.

This warranty does not apply and shall be of no force and effect if Buyer modifies, maintains or repairs Equipment with other than Seller supplied parts or Seller authorized personnel. In addition, this warranty shall not apply to, and Seller shall have no responsibility for, defects caused in whole or in part by accident, vandalism, other than normal use, abuse, wrongful act, neglect, failure to use proper operational and safety procedures, or improper integration, installation, application or maintenance.

Seller’s sole obligation under this warranty is to provide one of the following remedies: factory repair, replacement, or removal and refund of purchase price. Seller in its sole discretion shall determine which of these remedies shall be provided for any particular valid warranty claim.

To make a warranty claim as to any component, Buyer must make the claim in writing.

THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO EQUIPMENT. SELLER EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR USE.

No modification of this Warranty shall be effective as to LatticeGear, LLC unless agreed to by Seller in a writing signed by Seller.

We reserve the right to seek recovery of any money or fees remaining unpaid sixty (60) days from the date of invoice, including, but not limited to recovery through collection agencies and/or through one or more courts of competent jurisdiction, including small claims courts in jurisdictions and locations chosen by LatticeGear. In such circumstances, you shall be liable for any and all additional administrative and/or court costs.

12. Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable. We reserve the right to offer full or partial refunds at Our own discretion.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

You understand that We cannot and do not guarantee or warrant that files available for downloading from the internet or the Service will be free of viruses or other destructive code. You are responsible for implementing sufficient procedures and checkpoints to satisfy your particular requirements for anti-virus protection and accuracy of data input and output, and for maintaining a means external to Our Website for any reconstruction of any lost data.
